Find the perfect accessory and home decorating pieces, special occasion and holiday gift items.
See displays of jewelry, fabric, drawing, needlework, metal, sculpture, glass, wood, painting, ceramics, pottery, quilts, children’s toys, clothing, and much more crafted by regional artists.
Thinking about being a vendor at the festival?
- Open air spaces (10 x 10-foot) are available for vendors to bring their tents or pop-up and sell art or handmade crafts.
- Displays will be judged by independent, onsite jurors beginning at noon and “Best of Show” will be awarded by 2:00.
- Oregon Fest limits the amount of duplicate art and crafts.
- Late registration forms may be accepted on a space available basis. There will not be open registrations at the event.

A variety of free entertainment.
Sit down in one of two stage tents and enjoy a variety of free entertainment. Performances have included magic, choirs, folk music groups, ethnic dancers, rock groups, gospel, modern dance, and much more.
How could any business pass up the chance to be noticed in one 6-hour period by 10,000 neighbors?
Business Fair Booths
Our Business Fair is a great place to show off who you are, what you do and how much you appreciate the support you get from your community! Spaces are available to set up your display of literature and goodies for Fest-goers (10 x 10-foot). Free raffles and giveaways are encouraged. It’s an open air outdoor section of the Fest with tents, tables and chairs available for rental. All rental items will be provided on festival morning.
Nonprofit groups wishing to sell items or raffle tickets will be located in an outdoor area. Tables, chairs and tent rentals are available.
Interested in having a booth?
Quality of Life Exhibits are hosted by nonprofit groups and organizations who strive to improve the quality of our daily lives. Health, education, conservation and recreation are among some of their top priorities.
Some groups welcomed in the past include:
- Community Theater
- Mobile Meals
- Senior Center
- City of Oregon
- Soil & Water Conservation
- Historical Society
Exhibitors are encouraged to present interactive displays and to reinforce their mission statement with handouts. No selling of raffle tickets or other items allowed in the Quality of Life Tent. Give-a-ways and free raffles are encouraged.

If you like Plinko on the Price Is Right, you’ll LOVE playing FESTO at Oregon Fest! Stop by Contest Central at the INFO tent to play this free game. All kinds of prizes will be given out. Kids and Adults won’t want to miss this! It’s going to be so much fun, we have to limit play to once per hour per person.
Be observant as you wander through Oregon Fest. Discover a secret token and bring it to Contest Central at the INFO tent to claim your prize!
The Grand Parade begins 4 o’clock sharp
at the west end of Dustin Road!
The Grand Parade includes more than 100 entries!
There will be floats, bands, mascots, clowns, horses, trucks, airplanes, beauty queens, trains, walkers, scouts, clubs, classic cars, and many others.
The Grand Parade begins at 4 o’clock sharp at the west end of Dustin Road and travels east through the center of the festival grounds. Great viewing, there’s not a bad seat anywhere. The parade ends at the east end of Dustin Road.
Trophies are awarded to 1st, 2nd and 3rd place floats, and Oregon Fest ribbons are awarded to each entry!
Float judging occurs 3:00, at the parade line-up area.
